1. What we own

The software that runs ForFarmers, its design, the ForFarmers name and logo, the icon set, the entry numbering, the department structure and our original editorial text are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by copyright and database right. © 2026 ForFarmers. 2. What retailers and members own

Product names, catalogue photographs and listing material belong to the retailers and makers who publish them. Profile text, avatars and any contribution a member sends us stay the property of the person who created them; by sending material to the site a member confirms they have the right to let us use it as described in section 6 of the Terms & Conditions.

3. What you may do

• Browse the catalog and use it to choose what to buy.
• Share a single entry — with a link back — in order to buy that item or to discuss it.
• Quote a short extract of our editorial text with attribution and a link back to the original page.

4. What you may not do

• Scrape, bulk-download or mirror entries, prices or site data.
• Reproduce our design, department structure or layout on another service.
• Reuse a retailer's photographs or our editorial text in your own advertising.
• Remove copyright marks, watermarks or attribution from anything on the site.

5. Database right

The arrangement and indexing of the entries on this site is protected as a database. Extracting a substantial part of it, whether in one pass or repeatedly, needs our written permission.

6. Reporting infringement

If you believe something published here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and include what is protected, where it appears, the rights you hold, your postal address and a statement that you are the rights holder or act for one. We remove material as soon as a claim is credible, and we tell whoever pointed us at it.

7. Trade marks of others

Maker names shown in entries — of tools, machinery, seed houses or supplier brands — belong to their owners and appear only to describe the item on offer. Their presence does not mean that the owner endorses us or advertises with us.
